POSITIVE THINKING PRACTICES IN SCHOOLS

This study was conducted within the scope of Positive Schools Project to shed light on teachers' perspectives reflecting positive thinking in their own branches and practices teaching environment. Twenty-four teachers who received training project agreed participate voluntarily were included study. Phenomenology used as research design. The content analysis analyze data obtained through interviews during process. Based results analyses performed, tables describing themes, sub-themes, codes created, explanations representing views provided. findings revealed that from all levels education, pre-school upper secondary school, think there is a need for activities they can transfer understanding branches. When be developed students examined, themes difficulties adaptation trauma process, effective communication-interaction emerged. Teachers suggested self-awareness, unity awareness, awareness contribution schools. In addition thinking, points some negative situations have observed students. These include dysfunctional self-confidence, dissatisfaction with possessions, non-functional goals or saving day, purposeful planning. Keywords: schools, school adaptation, problems education
